POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE

1. CTD will be made to be understood as representative of customteedesigns.com, LLC and all of its employees, representatives, and affiliated businesses.
2. Any design created by a designer is considered to have been in agreement with the Custom Tee Designs policies & terms of service.
3. We do not screen any incoming designs nor do we monitor public profiles for content. While any public design may at some time be used on the CTD home page in the “Random Designs” or “Top Ten Sellers” sections, the design is considered to be the intellectual property of the original designer. As the owner of the property, any liability arising from legal disputes is the sole burden of the designer. The designer will be held responsible to insure that it does not infringe any rights or violate policies.
4. Custom Tee Designs prohibits nudity, racism, libel, slander, or any infringements of copyright. Any design that is flagged as containing any of the above will be removed temporarily. The designer will be notified and the design will remain suspended until the dispute is resolved. If the design is found to violate the policies or the rights of a third party, it will be permanently removed and any royalties accrued will be forfeit.
5. Any disputes arising from copyright infringement will be settled outside of the jurisdiction of CTD, and the dispute must be resolved between the violator & the violated. CTD will make no judgment calls regarding the copyright, and will only remove the design. We do not mediate copyright disputes, and any royalties accrued from the design will be forfeit.

ROYALTY POLICIES

1. When you enter one of your designs into the public gallery, that design is then automatically assigned to earn royalties. You will earn 10% of the sale price of the shirt BEFORE shipping. In your user profile, you must set up your Paypal account information to receive these royalties.
2. Royalty payments will be paid out in one of two ways:
   1. At the end of each calendar quarter (Dec. 31, Mar. 31, June 30, Sept. 30), your accrued royalties will be automatically transferred to your Paypal account. Accruals of less than $25 per quarter will not be deposited and will carry over until $25 is accrued. Accruals of less than $25 per quarter can be used as credit on merchandise.
   2. If your shirt sells like crazy, you can choose to deposit accruals of $100 or more into your account at any time, but NOT more than once per month.
